Facilities and Information
We are a professional business, and to that end we believe that having the right tools and facilities to do the job is very important. We have a well equipped spacious workshop with up to date tooling and equipment.
Courtesy cars - we offer a courtesy car that you are welcome to use while your car is being worked on. You will need to bring a current UK driving license and proof of identity and be over 25 years of age. The car is free, but we charge a £23.00 "admin" fee.
You will also need to bring proof of insurance to drive our car, fully comp. No insurance = no car!
In order to guarantee a car, please book as early as possible.
If you wish to stay with us while your car is worked on you can - we have an unlimited supply of tea and coffee, along with a playstation and a sofa! We also have wireless internet access if you need it.
Bicester Village and Milton Keynes shopping centres are within easy reach along with the heritage motor centre at Gaydon.
All we ask is that the courtesy car is returned with the same level of fuel that it went out with and free from damage.
We run our business in an environmentally friendly manner - all waste is recycled where appropriate, and hazardous wastes such as oil filters and fluids are disposed of in line with current legislation.
We respect our neighbours and ask that customers do the same when arriving and leaving.
The customer is welcome to keep any parts that are removed from their car, but you must state that when you arrive.
