Delivery details

Monkfish Performance makes every effort to ensure that the goods you ordered get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following in the event of a problem to ensure speedy resolution of any problems:

Where products are shown as “In stock” this means we have them in our warehouse. If the order is received prior to 2pm, it be shipped that day for next day delivery in the UK. (highlands and islands excepted)

Delivery times for other European counties varies.

Items that are NOT in stock, will show as “enquire for availability”. Some of the parts and products we list can be quite difficult to source, so the lead time for any specific item can vary wildly. Please do enquire and we will advise of the likely delivery time for the part or product you are interested in. Occasionally, we may find the price has increased since the website was last updated. In this instance, we will always contact you to discuss if you still wish to go ahead with an order.

All orders will be shipped by recognised 24 hour carriers.

Monkfish Performance can ship products to an alternative shipping address.

UK Postcodes which may incur an extra shipping charges are ABERDEEN DD8-100, IV30-32, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, OFFSHORE ISLANDS such as ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF SCILLY, ISLE OF WHITE, NORTHERN IRELAND, all BT postcodes, JERSEY & GUERNSEY.

Monkfish Performance is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of Monkfish Performance staff.

Please note

Where an order is placed from a country outside of the European Community, we will require a international bank transfer to a nominated account before we can ship any goods. For orders outside of the UK, place the order and we will contact you regarding delivery of the goods and the costs for your country. No money will be taken from the credit card until you have accepted any additional costs for overseas shipping.

For insurance reasons, we are unable to ship to North American address.
