Ok, so this one was ours. This was the first single turbo kit on an LS1 engine in the UK. Using air to air intercooling and twin wastegates to control the charge air this was one fast pick up truck. Power in its final form was around 550bhp and nearly 600ft/lb of torque. Serious fun. Gave it a run down the drag strip putting in a best time of 12.7 secs.

Initially, the kit had one Wastegate, but at higher rpm, this was found to be inadequate, so a second one was added. With this sorted out, it was over to our man Paul @ Wortec to take care of the mapping side of things. This kit certainly had some "interesting" airflow issues that took some sorting out. Once finished though it was great!

The kit features a large single turbo mounted on the passenger side of the car. Both banks of the engine feed the turbo using a crossover pipe from the drivers side bank which retains the stock manifold.

Engine internals are all stock. No engine work was carried out, this being a "bolt on kit".
