
Based on the GEN-TT kit, the TTR kit features bigger twin GTDW2848 turbochargers for higher and sustained boost levels. The turbos feature integral waste gates and are mounted near the front of the engine bay on manifold extensions.
The turbos are also watercooled ; the kit uses an air to air intercooler mounted in front of the radiator and aicon assemblies and twin dump valves.
The engine is completely stock, though an LS7 clutch kit was fitted to handle the big increase in torque that is to come, as well as upgraded injectors.
Other goodies include a full Wortec catback for a nicer more aggressive exhaust note. The car is fully emissions legal and so features 100cell high flow cats.
The car is now completed but at a low boost setting. It will return in the new year for final fettling, boost increase and dyno run.
